Position Summary: The Marketing Analyst is responsible for assisting in expanding the presence of our products via marketing efforts targeted to our credit union partners and their members; coordinating national promotions and co-branded initiatives, assisting to promote corporate partnerships and events, reevaluating and securing marketing vendors and assisting in the production of high quality and cost efficient marketing collateral and support. This position is defined by the ability to effectively provide value based solutions to customers and clients.

Position Summary: This Senior leadership role requires a person who not only possesses leadership and team building skills related to the role, but an in-depth expertise of all Operations functions in a DSHEA manufacturing environment, including purchasing, production, bottling, labeling, packing, warehousing, and shipping. He or she will bring strong understanding of SOP development and best practices for efficiency and effectiveness in all areas of responsibility. This individual will understand thoroughly the balance between compliance/regulations and the need to keep the business flowing on a daily basis. A true “steward” of the processes who can work closely with and support the QA/QC team, Sales, Customer Service, and all functional areas that it touches. Helps the organization in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment through creative thought and outcome based actions.

· Directs, manages and coordinates daily operations, activities and schedules of warehouse staff and functions.

Position Summary: Directs, coordinates, and manages development and maintenance of all computerized and information systems and related technologies.
· Recommends networking, software, and hardware enhancements to improve efficiency, processes, and/or processing times for daily operations
· Builds, configures, and troubleshoots local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and other company network needs, both internal and external
· Diagnose, correct, or repair LAN/WAN networks and systems issues.
· Analyzes and evaluates security needs and policies, recommends improvements, develops procedures, securing technologies and coordinating vendor partners to resolve problems, address weaknesses and otherwise strengthen all security aspects of company network and information systems.
· Develops, implements, and monitors information system policies and controls to ensure data accuracy, security, legal and regulatory compliance, and best practices of all such systems.
· Manages and protects internal network systems from internal or external sources of malware, virus, spyware, or any other intrusions to ensure protection of sensitive or proprietary company information.

Position Summary: The Team Leader- Call Center Sales and Operations is a member of the management team responsible for providing leadership and operations management of the sales center. This is a management position defined by ones ability to effectively train and develop associates, set goals and measure performance. Responsibilities include: development and supervision of sales staff, set individual and team goals, measure performance against objectives, design business plan to achieve growth goals.
· Building and enhancing the sales team by recruiting, selecting, managing, mentoring, motivating them and setting appropriate metrics.
· Refine compensation, training and sales incentive programs for sales team and clients.
· Work closely with sales team to develop and execute lead programs using CRM system.
· Enhancing the procedures and infrastructure required for managing sales and customers relations.

· Manages the day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting needs of the company.
· Maintains and oversees all accounts receivable and account payable items, ensuring the swift collection of balances due and payment of liabilities, maintaining good standing with vendors
· Processes all payments for the company in a timely manner, including contractors, vendors and other third-party providers
· Processes all incoming payments submitted to the company.
· Prepares information and documentation for all tax reporting, financial auditing and other reporting requirements, including Quarterly Wage Reporting, annual tax filing, Worker's Compensation, Unemployment Insurance and claims, among others.
· Provides regular financial reports to management, or as needed and requested by management, including financial and/or operating metrics, cost reporting
· Prepares and reviews budgets in conjunction with management/ownership
· Reviews and analyzes financial reports and statements on a regular basis to look for discrepancies, understand costing, margins and expense allocation, and recommends changes or improvements

Position Summary: Directly responsible for achieving project success by managing client relations, positive financial and administrative results while carefully following the company policies and procedures as well as our contractual obligations.
Generate the primary schedule and weekly updates. Prepare pay applications and all project close-out documents. Conduct owner and subcontractor meetings.
Monitor the performance of the field operations, prepare in P6 subcontractor scopes, negotiate contracts and buyout, change order management.
Manage safety and quality effort for the project, utilizing safety and QC resources appropriately.
Project financial reports, including updated cost projections.
Develop and maintain client relationships with the goal of repeat profitable business.
Review project proposals or plans to determine time frame, financial objectives, and procedures for accomplishing work, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources during various phases of the project.
Establish work plan, budget and staffing for each phase of project and arrange for assignment of project personnel.
Identify changes in scope or differing conditions and secure appropriate change orders for project cost and time.

Position Classification: Exempt, Full Time
Position Summary: Develop bid strategy and manage big team(s) and subcontractor relationships. Preparer competitive bid proposals and provide preconstruction services on Construction Management Projects and Cost Plus contract projects. Develop and maintain design professional and client relationships in developing future sales.
Preparation of concept, budgetary and final estimate bid proposals, insure that budgets quotes and proposals are accurate and completed with professional quality.
Consult with Estimating Staff, CFO, Senior VP’s on the details of bid crew rates, labor multipliers, general & administrative costs and markups, and proposal content.
Conduct in assigned Pre-Construction / CM Meetings with Design Teams and Stakeholders.
Consult with clients, vendors and personnel in other departments to discuss and formulate estimates in the revolved issues.
Read and study bid package documents to ensure company compliance and insure that all bids are prepared in a manner consistent with those documents, i.e. instructions to bidders, scope narratives, plans, specifications, etc.
Maintain a professional manner when representing company and the estimating team in internal/external meetings.
Development takeoffs, evaluation and/or development of construction labor rates and evaluation of subcontract cost estimates and proposals.
Review of process designs and engineering specifications for cost effectiveness and suggestions for alternatives where applicable (VE)
Provide technical assistance in negotiating owner and subcontractor contracts, change orders, etc. as required.
Conceptual estimating, cost analysis.
